Please carefully review our Shipping and Delivery Policy when purchasing any of our products, whether physically or virtually.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your product(s).
Free Shipping
We offer free Standard shipping on all domestic orders.
Products are available for shipment to most countries, except to North Korea, Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and unincorporated territories of the United States (USA) can take an additional 7 - 12 business days.
Shipments to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses
All APO, FPO, or DPO packages will be shipped via USPS. Delivery may take up to 15 - 30 business days. Specific delivery estimates are provided by USPS and can be found here.
Note: Tracking links will stop providing you with updates once your order has reached the applicable APO, FPO, or DPO hub, however, the order is continuing along its journey.
When placing an order to ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address, please ensure that the address is in the following format:
Country: United States (select United States even if it is outside of the United States)
State: AA (Armed Forces Americas) / AE (Armed Forces Europe) / AP (Armed Forces Pacific)
Address 1: Unit and box numbers
Address 2: (optional) Usually not required, however, if the address includes an FOB (Forward Operating Base), it can be added here
City: APO (Armed Post Office) / FPO (Fleet Post Office) / DPO (Diplomatic Post Office)
Zip code: The zip code
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
A shipment confirmation and order tracking information will be sent to you via email once your order is complete.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Metaverse Inspired (https://metaverseinspired.com) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer, this includes but is not limited to tariffs, taxes, etc.
Most international orders are subject to Customs Duty and Tax regulations which are specified by the designated country, and, as stated before, are the sole responsibility of the customer. You may contact your local customs office for further details.
Damages
Metaverse Inspired is not liable for any product(s) damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged items before filing a claim.
Do you deliver internationally?
Not at this time, but we are looking into this and soon hope to offer international shipping to most countries. Unfortunately, we will be unable to deliver to the following countries:
- North Korea
- Russia
- Ukraine
- Belarus
International Shipping Policy
At this time, metaverseinspired.com does NOT offer international shipping but are preparing to do so soon. Please note that when international shipping opens, Metaverse Inspired's products will be available for shipping to most countries, except to North Korea, Russia, Ukraine and Belarus (as mentioned above).
Free standard shipping is NOT valid on international orders.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such case applies, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs and taxes.
International shipments to addresses outside of the United States (USA) may take up to five (5) weeks to arrive.
Please ensure that you refer to the estimated delivery times below for the product or products that you are ordering, as each product has its own estimated delivery times.
Are there any shipping restrictions?
UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
What happens if my order is delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated delivery date.
For EU and UK customers: This does not affect your statutory rights. For more information, please refer to our Terms.
